Yes we do, and it is now available directly on the website.  Simply add the items you want to the cart and you will automatically get a discount based on the number of pieces you buy.We don't offer any additional discounts if we enter the order for you.  

Our primary method of sales is directly on the website with a credit card.  If you have to use a purchase order, email us with your complete order information and PO.  We only accept ACH, EFT and Credit Card as payment methods.  If a check must be used, it must be sent via a courier like UPS.

We only charge sales tax in Indiana.  If you are in Indiana and ordering wholesale please email us at sales@motisinc.com  If you are located outside of Indiana the website will not charge sales tax.

Sometimes USPS will scan a package as delivered several hours before making the actual delivery.  If you just got the notification, wait for a couple hours and see if the package arrives. If the tracking says the package was left in or around your mailbox, then check around your house.  Every once in a while a driver will leave a package in an odd spot (side door, etc). Sometimes they even deliver it to a neighbor by mistake. If you haven’t found the package after a day or two let us know and we will investigate further by contacting USPS.

We generally ship orders same day, however it often takes an extra day after that until it is scanned into the USPS mail system.  We do our best to get your order out as fast as possible to you.

If products are unused, and still in the original box you can mail the item back to us (we don't supply return labels). Once received, we assess it for damage and ensure it is in sellable condition. We will then refund your credit card so the order is refunded and closed.

Products that are used are not returnable.

Clearance items are final sale. 

We do not offer lasering marking at this time.  To get your tools engraved, we recommend you go to a local engraving shop.

Yes it does!  It works on all caps and couplings on the fireground.

The top three uses are handling charged line, breaking tempered glass, and using the Snagger as a spanner.

The carbide tip on your Snagger is correct!  It is not designed to be pointy or sharp.  Instead it is a dull end.  We use high quality US made carbide for our glass breaking tips.  The hardness of the carbide is what disrupts the temper of the glass causing it to break. 

There is no NFPA rating for small tools and equipment.  Just like axes, and halligans are not rated, the Snagger is not rated because it has no category it falls into.
